Photorealistic human skin rendering
This project was inspired by paper Efficient Rendering of Human Skin ,we try to replace the translucent shadow mapping used in this paper and extend our algorithm to decouple the local scattering and handle it by texture space filtering.
In this project, we try to emphasize on the local scattering effect in those thin parts of human face such as ears,the local scattering effect on those parts is predominant especially when they are under backlighting.
